Entrants agree that this Contest shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the Government of India and the forum for any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

By entering, entrants also agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of the Judges are final and binding with respect to all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) if the entrant wins that Sponsor may use the content of winners and each winner's name, content, likeness, and/or voice in any publicity or advertising relating to the Contest or future promotions without compensation or approval (except where prohibited by law).

All federal, state/provincial/territorial, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges and taxes (whether foreign or domestic, and including income, sales, and import taxes) on prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners.

In the event that the selected winner(s) of any prize is/are ineligible, cannot be traced or does/do not respond within ten (10) days to a winner notification or refuses the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may choose whether to award the prize to another entrant.

If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Firkee that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Firkee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest. If Sponsor elects to cancel or terminate the Contest, Sponsor will not retain any rights in the submitted contents.

Entrants agree that personal data, especially name, and address, may be processed, shared, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in these Official Rules. The data may also be used by the Sponsor in order to verify the participant's identity, mail address, and other information or to otherwise verify the participant's eligibility to participate in the Contest.

पप्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लेने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों को ये प्रमाणित करना होगा कि उनके द्वारा भेजा गया कंटेंट (लेख) उनकी खुद की मूल रचना है और वो किसी भी तरह से कॉपीराइट, ट्रेडमार्क, नैतिक अधिकार, निजता के अधिकार/ इंटलेक्चुअल प्रॉपर्टी के प्रसार के अधिकार का उल्लंघन नहीं करता हो। इसके साथ ही किसी भी तरह से कोई अन्य पक्ष उस मूल कंटेंट पर अपना दावा न करता हो।

अभ्यर्थी द्वारा भेजा गया कंटेंट किसी भी प्रकार से अश्लीलता पूर्ण, मानहानि करने वाला, यौन भावना पैदा करने वाला, विवादित या अनुचित न हो। अभ्यर्थी ये सुनिश्चित कर लें कि किसी भी प्रकार के विवाद की स्थिति में प्रतियोगिता भारत सरकार के कानूनों के अधीन है। किसी भी प्रकार के विवाद का निपटारा नई दिल्ली कोर्ट की न्यायप्रक्रिया के अधीन होगा।

प्रतियोगिता में हिस्सा लेने वाले प्रतिभागी इन (a) इन आधिकारिक नियमों के तहत बाध्य होंगे (b) जजों का फैसला अन्तिम एवं सर्वमान्य होगा (c) अगर प्रतिभागी जीतता है तो स्पॉन्सर, विजेता के कंटेंट का इस्तेमाल, विनर्स का नाम या भविष्य में होने वाले किसी भी प्रसार या विज्ञापन में बिना किसी अनुमति के कर सकता है (सिर्फ कानून के उल्लंघन को छोड़कर) पुरस्कार पर लगने वाले सभी केंद्रशासित, राज्य/ प्रांत/ लोकल टैक्स, फीस, सरचार्ज और टैक्स (विदेशी या देश से जुड़ी आय, सेल्स और इम्पोर्ट टैक्स) विजेता द्वारा देय होंगे।

अगर पुरस्कार या विनर की घोषणा (नोटिफिकेशन) के दस दिन के भीतर विजेता संपर्क कर पुरस्कार राशि ग्रहण नहीं करता है या पुरस्कार लेने से मना कर देता है तो ऐसी स्थिति में ये स्पॉन्सर का अधिकार होगा कि पुरस्कार को किसी भी अन्य प्रतिभागी या विनर को दिया जाए या नहीं।

स्पॉन्सर को ये पूरा अधिकार है कि वो प्राप्त हुई सभी एंट्रीज की मूलत: जांच करे (अभ्यर्थी के निवास और उसकी पहचान समेत)। जो भी एंट्री प्रक्रिया के नियमों का उल्लंघन करता हो या अभ्यर्थी की एंट्री मूल न हो तो उसे प्रतियोगिता से स्पॉन्सर बाहर कर सकता है।

किसी भी स्तर पर अपने किसी भी अधिकार को लागू करने के लिए प्रायोजक का विफल होना उन अधिकारों की छूट नहीं देता है।

प्रतियोगिता खत्म करने का अधिकार

यदि किसी भी कारण से प्रतियोगिता कंप्यूटर वायरस, बग, सर्विस अटैक, छेड़छाड़, अनाधिकृत हस्तक्षेप, धोखाधड़ी, तकनीकी विफलता या नियंत्रण से परे किसी भी अन्य कारणों से प्रतियोगिता योजनाबद्ध रूप से चलाने में सक्षम नहीं है या फिर फिरकी की प्रशासन, सुरक्षा, निष्पक्षता, अखंडता या इस प्रतियोगिता के उचित आचरण को भ्रष्ट या प्रभावित करती है तो फिरकी अपने विवेकाधिकार के आधार पर किसी भी व्यक्ति को अयोग्य घोषित करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है। यदि प्रायोजक प्रतियोगिता को रद्द या समाप्त करने का विकल्प चुनता है, तो प्रायोजक जमा की गई सामग्री में कोई अधिकार नहीं रखेगा।
